Earlier start for VFW meetings

MONROE - All VFW Post 2312 meetings will be held at 7 p.m. instead of 8 p.m. The change was made because Post members thought that this would increase participation at the meetings. The meetings will remain at the VFW Post Home, 1428 17th Street, Monroe - as well as on the same date: the fourth Tuesday of the month. The post is actively recruiting, so all honorably discharged veterans are welcome to attend.
