DARLINGTON - At the Scenic Rivers Energy Cooperative annual meeting on April 8, the cooperative presented 21 scholarships for $500.

Rhett Starr, a senior at Argyle High School, was one of the scholarship recipients. Starr is the son of Jim and Cari Starr. He plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in the fall.
