Through this program, youth were able to meet other 4-H members from around the county and surrounding counties, get a taste of 4-H camp, get active and exercise, have a positive 4-H experience in a local environment, discover Yellowstone Lake State Park.

With the great response of the day camp, Green, Iowa and Lafayette Counties decided to make it an annual event. Overnight 4-H camp took place in June; dates for next year's overnight camp are June 10-12 in Wisconsin Dells at Camp Upham Woods.
