JANESVILLE - The Thelma Blackbourn Memorial Scholarship, a component of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, Inc., is being offered to previous graduates of Monroe High School who are studying in the field of education.
Preference may be given to students who have community service experience and/or who work part-time while attending school. Preference may also be given for financial need but this is not a restriction.
