MONROE - The Monroe Moose Lodge is having a breakfast to benefit the Apostolate to the Handicapped on Sunday, April 5, at the Moose Lodge, 639 3rd Ave., Monroe. Serving is from 7 a.m. to noon. Cost is $6 adults, $3.50 for ages 6-12, and no charge for children under age 6.
