Fritz and Rose Wenger, Monroe, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Sept. 4, 2014.
The couple was married on Sept. 4, 1954 at the Immanuel Swiss Church, Darlington.
The couple's children are Marcia, Gilbert, Ariz.; Chris, Monroe; Fritz and Angela, Monroe; and the late Karl, who passed in 1981, following a car accident. They have five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
An open house will be held at 3 p.m. Sept. 6 at the American Legion Post Home, Monroe. All friends and family are invited. The family requests gifts be omitted.
