Ernest and Joyce Steinmann, Argyle, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary on June 20, 2013.
Ernest Steinmann and the former Joyce Phel were married on June 20, 1948 at St. John's Church of Christ, Monroe.
The couple has five children: Anita (Michael), Middleton; Mark (Mel), Monroe; Brian (Lydia), Argyle; the late Larry (Reenie, Juda); and the late Randy. They have 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
An open house for the couple will be held from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, June 22 at Turner Hall, Monroe. The couple requests no gifts.
