Art and Carole Riese, Brodhead, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Feb. 28, 2009. The celebrated their anniversary by going on their first cruise and will be hosting a family dinner.
They are both retired - Art from farming and Carole as a secretary from the Brodhead Elementary School.
Their family includes Susan (Rick) Kremel, Waukesha, and Dan (Jeananne) Riese, Algonquin, Ill. They also have seven grandchildren.
