Mason and Joyce Beard, Stockton, Ill., will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with their children.

Beard and Joyce Ascher were married July 26, 1949 in Stockton.

They are the parents of five chidren: Shannon (John) Taylor, Guffey, Colo., Brad (Nancy) Beard, Rockford, Ill., Sherril (Russ) Reusch, Sabula, Iowa; Sharon Reid (Dave Lepo), Mount Horeb; and Bryan (Stefanie) Beard, Milwaukee.

Mason and Joyce have 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, six step-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren.
