Ken and Dottie Rufer, Monroe, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to Ireland. They were married on Oct. 31, 1959.

They have four children: Ruth Ann (Joe) Klein and Mark (Tammi) Rufer, Monroe; Linda (Mark) Breitnauer, Madison; and David (deceased). They also have six grandchildren.
