ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Heather Mattmann, New Glarus, was recently named to the dean's list for the spring 2013 quarter at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Mattmann is a second-year student in the arts and imaging studies program in RIT's National Technical Institute for the Deaf.
