ST. PAUL, Minn. - Ethan C. Black, son of Bryan and Shelly Black, Darlington, earned High Honors on the spring semester dean's list at Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minn. High honors are awarded to students with a GPA of 3.75 to 3.89. Black is pursuing a degree in Social Studies Education at Northwestern.
