Tonia Ganshert, New Glarus, received a $1,000 scholarship from the Wisconsin State Scholarship Program of Royal Neighbors of America. Ganshert is a member of the Janesville chapter of Royal Neighbors of America. She plans to attend Edgewood College in Madison.
