KENOSHA - Carthage College recently announced outstanding scholars to its dean's list for academic excellence for the fall semester of 2011.

Dean's list honors are accorded students who achieve a 3.5 grade point average while carrying at least 14 credit hours during a semester.

Area students that received dean's list honors include Danielle Hawkinson, Blanchardville; Kaylee Craigo, Monroe; and Matthew Jeffrey Peterson, Monroe.
