Abe Lincoln Elementary’s K-Kids Leadership Team recently organized a “Meals in a Bag” food drive to support local families in need. Students collected donations filled with nonperishable items and worked together to sort and prepare them into “meals in a bag” for distribution. Thanks to the generosity of the school community, dozens of meal bags have been shared with families.
