HOSPITALITY TEAM LEAD

New Glarus Brewing Company is seeking a driven, hands-on leader to guide our growing hospitality team. This role goes beyond supervision -- it is a chance to help shape the future of our hospitality operations as we prepare for a major brewery expansion next fall. The team lead will begin by managing a small, tight-knit team, with the expectation of managing a significantly larger group as we grow. Ideal candidates bring creative thinking, lead by example, and have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Team leads will be working side by side with the team, should expect to be on their feet for most of the day, and be able to lift 35+ lbs. repetitively. Additional responsibilities include scheduling, training new hires, addressing day to day issues, and collaborating with leadership. Candidates should have prior management experience, as well as a background in the retail, hospitality, or service industry. Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays) is required. Starting pay is based on experience.
