A motion was made by Terri Montgomery and seconded by Michael Froseth Jr. to approve the Early College Credit Program application request for Sophia Wu as recommended by Jeriamy Jackson, MHS Principal. Voice Vote: Approved. -B. Proposal of CTE Expansion LAUNCH Strand Section at Monroe High School: Jeriamy Jackson presented the opportunity to create a new LAUNCH Strand Section and FTE CTE teacher that would be paid for by the GCDC Grant received for the CTE Expansion in the new high school. A motion was made by Phil Vosberg and seconded by Michael Froseth Jr. to approve the addition of one full-time Career and Technical Education Teacher and addition to the LAUNCH Program pending the confirmation of funding from the Wisconsin Department of Administration Non-State Grant, to be facilitated by Green County Development Corporation, as recommended by Jeriamy Jackson, MHS Principal. Voice Vote: Approved. -C. MHS Building Project Update: 7 Month Milestone drone footage shown. Broadband Forward! Community Ordinance

The purpose of this ordinance is to encourage the development of broadband access in the Town of Cadiz by reducing administrative obstacles to broadband service providers and coordinating the review of applications to ensure such applications are timely processed. The Town Board shall appoint a point of contact for all matters related to a broadband network project. The point of contact’s name and email address will be available on the Town’s website: townofcadizwi.gov. This ordinance includes: • General provisions • Electronic submission of applications • Review of applications • Fees • Initial applicability This ordinance will become effective on February 19, 2025, or upon publication, whichever is later. VOTING BY ABSENTEE BALLOT

Any qualified elector who is unable or unwilling to appear at the polling place on Election Day may submit a request to vote an absentee ballot to their municipal clerk. A qualified elector is any U.S. citizen who: • will be 18 years of age or older on Election Day. • has resided in the ward or municipality where they wish to vote for at least 28 consecutive days before the election.
