I absolutely love the caption with the ATV sign pictured in Aug. 27 edition. They hit the nail on the head! City of Monroe is LITTERED with new signs. Everyone in Monroe knows what a huge problem ATV’s are, racing up and down 9th Street. Talk about curb appeal!
