To the Editor:

I would like to inform you that the Green County Board of Supervisors will be considering at its next board meeting whether to place an advisory referendum on the April, 2023 ballot with the following wording:

“Should the Governor and Legislature pass legislation to change the law in Wisconsin regarding women’s reproductive health care options back to what it was before the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade?”

The district that I represent includes all of Sylvester Township and most of the southern half of Mt. Pleasant Township.
