To the editor:
Last week, our 10-year-old daughter, Olivia, purchased her first deer hunting license, and she lost it somewhere that day. This week we received a letter addressed to her from a woman named Rosie. Rosie found the license, wrote Olivia a beautiful heart-felt note, and returned the license to her. It was the kindest thing for that woman to do for our daughter. Rosie wrote about her own hunting experience and shared that she last hunted at age 79, and she is now 81.
We want to thank her for her kindness and wonderful advice to our daughter. She didn't give a return address or a last name so we hope she reads this and knows how appreciative we are of her act of kindness.
