ALBANY - The Comets swept a three-game match over Argyle, 25-10, 25-8, 25-16 Tuesday night.
Albany sophomore Courtney Pfeuti had 13 assists and 10 digs. Fellow sophomore Sydney Bump recorded a team-high eight kills.
Albany travels to Monticello on Thursday; Argyle's next game is next Tuesday at Pecatonica.

Monroe's good season came to a brief halt Tuesday night at Madison Edgewood.

Jamie Armstrong led Monroe with eight kills and four blocks. Emily Rufenacht had 12 digs, Kayla Streff dished out nine assists, Jaclyn Ditter chipped in four blocks and Marissa Ubert added a pair of aces for the Cheesemakers.
