MACHESNEY PARK, Ill. - The Stateline Fury traveling softball program is hosting 2017 tryouts in August.
The Fury tryouts are scheduled for Aug. 1, Aug. 2, Aug. 8 and Aug. 9. The 10U tryouts are hosted at the Stateline Sports Center in Machesney Park, Illinois, each day and the tryouts for 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U teams are at Swanson Park each day.
The Fury aim to develop softball players and compete in tournaments across the country. Last year, the Stateline Fury had 26 first-team all-conference players in Illinois and Wisconsin, 100 all-region players, six all-state players.
Fury softball teams are available for players age 9 to 18. The Fury offer a 28-week strength and conditioning program, sport nutritionist, five-session recruiting seminar hosted by NextPlay consulting and a 28 week skills training program.

BELOIT - Tryouts for the Toxic 99 girls traveling 18U fastpitch softball team are coming up.
The tryouts are hosted at the Beloit YMCA sports complex at 3301 Prairie Ave.
The first two tryouts are slated for 5 p.m. Aug. 3 and 11 a.m. Aug. 6. The final two tryouts are at 5 p.m. Aug. 10 and 11 a.m. Aug. 13.
