REEDSBURG - The Avalanche PeeWee A skated to a 5-3 win Friday over Reedsburg-Wisconsin Dells.
Tessa Janecke scored two goals in the first period on two passes by Alyssa Knauf to RWD's one. Early in the second period, Knauf lit the lamp on a pass from Janecke. RWD added two goals in the second while Hayden Roth scored for the Avalanche on an assist by Roman Bauer. The Avalanche led 4-3 in the third period when Roth scored his second goal with a playmaker by Knauf. The Avalanche outshot RWD 30-21.
On Saturday, the Avalanche dominated RWD in a 6-3 win. Scoring for the Avalanche were Roth (two goals), Knauf, Rob Schroeder, and Janecke (two goals). Knauf earned a playmaker with three assists. Roth had two assists. Goaltender Jack Leverton recorded 32 saves.
On Sunday, the PeeWee A team went to Baraboo and recorded an 11-0 victory. Scoring for the Avalanche were Schroeder (two goals), Roth (two goals), Knauf, Tessa Janecke (two goals), Blaze Janecke and Bauer with a hat trick. Earning assists were Bauer, Roth, and Schroeder each with a playmaker. Knauf, Anna Malone, Alvin Buholzer (two) and Tessa Janecke each added assists. The Avalanche outshot Baraboo 52-10.

On Saturday, the Avalanche skated to a 6-1 win over RWD. Travis Edmunds scored a goal on an assist by Cade Janecke to open the scoring in the second period. RWD then scored their only goal.
