MONROE - The 39th annual city mixed doubles tournament, the last of the summer tournaments sponsored by the Monroe Parks and Recreation Department, is slated for the weekend of Aug. 2, 3.
The tournament is opened to anyone high school age and older. The fee is $20 per team. All teams are guaranteed two matches. There is only one bracket of mixed doubles.
The tournament is scheduled to begin at noon on Saturday, Aug. 2 at Recreation Park in Monroe. The finals will conclude at noon on Sunday, Aug. 3.
