Monroe Wrestling Club honors Dubach and Schmelzer

MONROE — On Saturday, July 22, the Monroe Wrestling Club (MWC) presented scholarships to two recipients who have been a part of the Monroe Wrestling Program. This is the third year that the MWC has offered scholarships to high school wrestlers and managers.

The 2022-2023 MWC Scholarship recipients are Jack Dubach and Mallory Schmelzer. Jack has been part of the wrestling program since he was in Kindergarten. He will now be heading off to UW-LaCrosse to continue his studies. Mallory was the manager for the high school wrestling team for two years. Mallory will be going to UW-Stout.
