MOUNT HOREB — The Monroe boys and girls track teams dominated at the Mount Horeb Triangular with Albany and Mount Horeb on Thursday, April 6. Although the event was not scored, the Cheesemakers would have totaled over 450 points — the boys over 250 and the girls over 200 points.
Monroe boys won 12 of 17 events. Of the five events that the Cheesemakers didn’t win, they took second in three of them. In three events, Monroe nabbed the first three places: 1600-meter run, 110-meter hurdles and discus.
