MADISON — The Monroe-New Glarus swim team lost to perennial state contender Edgewood in a dual meet Sept. 13, 126-44.

MNG had just won victory in the 11 events, as Delaney Lynch took first in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:44.84.

Amelia Geib was second in the 100-free with a time of 31.90 seconds. In nine races, the Cheesemakers took third place.
