BELOIT — With Monroe and Beloit Memorial tied 3-3, sophomore Ryann Dahlman outlasted her opponent in a two-hour marathon to secure a dual win.
“Ryann has been battling a foot injury, and I give her a ton of credit for gutting it out with a huge super tiebreak win 10-8 in the third set,” Monroe head coach Matt Bordner said.
The Cheesemakers improve to 6-8 and get an important leg up in subsectional competition.
