MONROE — The Cheesemakers had just one player named to the Badger West all-conference boys soccer teams this season.
Senior Luis Torres, Monroe’s leading scorer, was selected as a second-team all-conference selection. He led the league in total points with 26, which came from 11 goals and four assists in seven games. His 11 goals led the Badger West, while his four assists were tied for fourth. The rest of the Cheesemakers combined to score seven goals against Badger West opponents.
Monroe finished 1-6-1 in league play, scoring three points in the league table, two ahead of Portage/Poynette, and one behind Reedsburg.
