In the seventh, Leigh doubled in a run with one out, then Kirsten Ostby brought in another on a fielder’s choice. Two batters later, Romdenne brought home Ostby on a single to center, but was then thrown out advancing to second to end the game.

Grace Ganshert and Leigh were each 3 for 4 at the plate, while Romdenne was 2 for 4. On the mound, all five runs against Ganshert were unearned. She allowed just two hits and four walks while striking out 11.
