Vincent G. Thiltgen, age 88, of Monroe, WI formerly of Warren, IL passed away on January 14th, 2017 at Azura Memory Care in Monroe, WI. Vince was born on October 27, 1928 in Menominee, IL. He was the son of Michael and Catherine (Greenwald) Thiltgen.
