DARLINGTON - Two people were arrested for drug charges following a traffic stop at about 2 p.m. Tuesday on Roaster Road in Benton township.Brittany C. Cullen, 20, Shullsburg, was arrested for delivering cocaine and marijuana. Spenser T. Hocking, 21, Benton, was arrested for delivering cocaine. Hocking was also arrested for a Jo Daviess County, Ill. warrant and a probation hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
