MONROE POLICE MONROE - No injuries were reported at 1:41 p.m. Wednesday after Lawrence B. Townsend, 36, Beloit, struck the vehicle of a 60-year-old Monroe man at the intersection of 13th Avenue and 19th Street. Townsend was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.
