MONROE POLICE MONROE - A driver was injured at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday after a vehicle struck a trailer that became disconnected from its vehicle in the 100 block of 18th Avenue. The driver of the struck vehicle was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage.
