Roy Emmanuel Hess, 86, of Peoria, Arizona (formerly of Monroe), died Thursday, April 18th. He was born to the late Emmanuel and Martha Hess, October 28, 1926, in Monticello, WI. He married the late Lucille Holcomb on April 29, 1949 at Zwingli United Church of Christ in Monticello, WI.
