Randall Lee Keepers, age 64, of Albany, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at his home. He was born on January 26, 1951, the son of Dallas and Ruby (Bailey) Keepers in Richland Center and attended Albany schools. Randall was a farm hand in the Albany area.
