Monroe Police MONROE - A 21-year-old Monroe man was referred for a citation and reported to his parole agent after police responded at 11:06 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25, to a report of a disturbance among family members in an apartment in the 1300 block of 16th Street. The man allegedly kicked his sister's door, then ran and hid in a neighbor's apartment when he heard police were coming. On Tuesday, Nov. 26: • The theft of a snowblower from a residential garage in the 2000 block of 18th Avenue was reported at 9:29 p.m.
