Darlington Police DARLINGTON - Andrew Stocks, 27, Benton, was cited for careless operation of an ATV following a traffic stop on West River Street at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 23.• Carolina Garcia, 38, of Darlington, was cited on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at about 2:15 p.m. for operating a motor vehicle without a valid Wisconsin driver's license following a traffic crash on Main Street.• A 16-year-old of Darlington was cited on Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at about 3:45 p.m. for violating his graduated driver's license requirement following a traffic stop on Ohio Street.Monroe Police MONROE - Brett A. Child, 17, Monroe, was cited for disorderly conduct at 11:56 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, after police responded to a report at Monroe High School, 1600 26th St., that Child punched an 18-year-old male student.• Roland J. Winn, 75, Monroe, was cited for failure to yield right-of-way while making a left turn, causing great bodily injury, after police responded at 4:36 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, to a two-vehicle accident at 11th Avenue and 21st Street. Winn reportedly collided with a moped driven by Timothy E. Dillon, 66, Monroe.
