DARLINGTON POLICE DARLINGTON - Julio Cesar Flores, 45, Darlington, was cited at 12:20 a.m. Saturday for driving without a valid license on Galena Street. MONROE POLICE MONROE - Carley L. Muenchow, 23, Janesville, was arrested at 5:19 a.m. Wednesday on a Rock County warrant for failure to pay fines on previous charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing. Muenchow was also cited for non-registration of a vehicle.
