Monroe Police MONROE - On Wednesday, Feb. 27: • A set of keys on a white rope was reported lost at 8:35 a.m. • A resident in the 1700 block of 16th Street was warned for feeding feral cats after a neighbor complained at 9:28 a.m. about cats running loose in the area. • A 46-year-old man brought his 13-year-old daughter to the police station at 10:19 a.m. with a complaint that she doesn't listen or go to school. Police referred the matter to the parents' divorce lawyers.
