Monroe Police

MONROE - Daniel Alvarez-Vargas, 31, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 4:28 a.m. Saturday, in the 1000 block of 17th Avenue, as a result of a domestic dispute. Alvarez-Vargas posted bond and was released.

- Donald L. Martinez, 21, Rockford, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 4:06 a.m. Monday in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue. Martinez was jailed.

- Dustin W. Smith, 25, Monroe, was arrested for bail jumping at 8:23 p.m. Monday in the 500 block of 16th Avenue. Smith was jailed.

New Glarus Police

NEW GLARUS - Robin L. McGrew, 45, New Glarus, was cited for a barking dog violation at 4:30 p.m. June 28 in the 200 block of 2nd Street. McGrew was released.

- Jon K. Murphy, 26, Milwaukee, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while suspended at 1:24 a.m. Friday in the 1400 block of Wis. 69, following a speeding violation. Murphy was released.

- Officers took a report of a theft at 11:37 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate that three wooden windmills were in the yard at a residence on 8th Street. Officers found the owner on 10th Avenue and returned the windmills.

Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Khanittha Sripolnok-Ihm, 29, Brooklyn, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 11:19 p.m. June 30, following a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Town of Brooklyn. Sripolnok-Ihm posted bond and was released pending court.

- Evan D. Blum 19, Janesville, was arrested for bail jumping at 5:17 p.m. Saturday on the Sugar River in the Town of Albany. Blum was jailed. Shanee S. Lantta, 19, Janesville, was arrested for Possession of THC, she was booked and released pending court. Amber L. Harrier 17, Janesville, along with Blum and Lantta were all cited for underage consumption of alcohol and released pending court.

- Laura S. Daniels 32, Juda, was arrested for a warrant issued by the Beloit Police Department for failure to pay fine on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Daniels was jailed.

- Joseph T. Clark, 19, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of underage consumption of alcoholic beverage, obstructing police and on a warrant issued by the Department of Corrections at 6:34 p.m. Monday at Camp Mini Ha-ha, following a disturbance. Clark was jailed. Justin M. Langfoss, 21, New Glarus, was also arrested and was cited for disorderly conduct. Langfoss was released.

- Kyle D. Osgood, 18, Verona; and Brittney M. Onsager, 20, Verona, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol at 3:06 p.m. Saturday on the Sugar River in the Town of Albany. Both were released.

- Andrew J. Martin, 30, Monroe, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:19 p.m. Saturday on the Sugar River in the Town of Albany. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources cited one individual in the group for failure to have personal flotation devices and both were released.

- Hans R. Borth, 20, New Glarus; David E. Lanzhammer, 20, Rio; Hayley E. Stauffacher, 18, Brodhead; Erik R. Jacobson, 20, Brodhead; Dacey R. Duerst, 18, New Glarus; Tory D. Boley, 20, Belleville; Jacob A. Bast, 20, Madison; Maci L. Watrud, 17, New Glarus; and Logan T. Lockard, 20, Madison, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol at 4:06 p.m. Saturday on the Sugar River in the Town of Albany. All were released.

- Corbin G. Hamilton, 19, Albany, and Michelle S. Disch, 18, Monticello, were cited for underage consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages at 12:46 a.m. Sunday in Attica, near County C and County X, in the Town of Brooklyn. They were released. Other charges are pending.

- Deputies received a report of an intoxicated subject tubing at 3:45 p.m. Monday along the Sugar River. Reports indicate that an individual went under the water and had to be pulled out by bystanders. That subject was transported by EMS to Monroe Clinic Hospital for treatment. Deputies cited Ryan D. Smith, 18, Janesville, and Ryan T. Ploof, 18, Janesville, for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages and released them.

- Deputies took a report of a theft of a car at 6:25 p.m. Saturday in the Village of Juda. The incident remains under investigation.

- A camcorder was turned in to the Sheriff Department at 5:40 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate that the camera was found on Ten Eyck Road in the Town of Decatur.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - Shad G. Sargent, 30, Mineral Point, was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct at 9:54 p.m. June 30, following an incident that occurred at a residence on County G in Calamine. Sargent posted bond and was released.

- Roby L. Beranek, 44, Darlington, was cited for operating a vehicle without insurance at 3:34 p.m. Friday on Wisconsin 78 in the Town of Wiota.

- Johnny R. McDonald, 65, Gratiot, was cited for expired vehicle registration on Wis. 78 in the Town of Wiota.

- Steven A. Steiner, 18, Browntown, was cited for underage alcohol consumption at 2:50 a.m. Monday at Blackhawk Memorial Park in the Town of Wiota.

- Steven T. Wiegel, 21, Darlington, was transported from the Dane County Jail to Lafayette County at 6:30 a.m. June 30 for a court appearance. Wiegel was returned to Dane County Jail after court.

- Daniel J. Hodge, 33, Janesville, was transported from the Rock County Jail to Lafayette County at 12 p.m. June 30 for a court appearance. Hodge was returned to Rock County after court.
