Albany PoliceALBANY - Brandon M. Wilbourn, 24, Belleville, was arrested Saturday, June 30 on charges of disorderly conduct, outside consumption of alcohol and resisting arrest.- Michael G. Finstad, 22, Brooklyn, was arrested Saturday, June 30 on charges of driving while intoxicated (second offense), driving with a suspended license and operating left of center.- Blake N. Majerus, 22, Monona, was arrested Sunday, July 1 on charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense), driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration, driving with a suspended license and possessing marijuana.- Kelly M. Grismer, 23, Beloit, was cited Wednesday, June 27 for driving while intoxicated (first offense) and driving with a suspended registration.- Elisio Borges, 16, Madison, was cited Saturday, June 30 for outside consumption of alcohol.- James W. Broitzman, 31, Janesville, was cited Saturday, June 30 for outside consumption of alcohol.- Clayt B. Sowl, 54, Albany, was cited Saturday, June 30 for smoking in a public place.- Adam J. Corey-Smith, 21, Cedarburg, was cited Saturday, June 30 for outside consumption of alcohol.- Robert T. Blakey, 23, Watertown, was cited Sunday, July 1 for disorderly conduct.- A 15-year-old Albany boy was cited Sunday, July 1, for battery.Darlington PoliceDARLINGTON - Justin L. Johnson, 26, Darlington, was cited for driving without proof of vehicle insurance at 7:05 p.m. Friday, June 29, following a traffic stop on Ann Street.- Police are seeking the public's assistance in solving a late-night burglary that occurred Wednesday, June 27 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Sometime during the overnight hours of June 27 into the early morning hours of Thursday, June 28, a person or persons entered Holy Rosary Catholic School and the Parish Center on Wells Street without permission. A Fuji digital camera and some cash was stolen.
