Green County SheriffMONROE - Rhandee H. Wenger, 17, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery and bail jumping following a report of a disturbance at about 1:15 p.m. Wednesday at a residence on Ullom Road in Cadiz township. She was jailed. A 15-year-old Monroe female was referred to juvenile authorities for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
