Green County SheriffMONROE - Todd A. Green, 33, Brodhead, was arrested at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday in the City of Brodhead on a Green County warrant for failure to appear for one offense of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Green was jailed pending court.
