ALBANY - Noel Philip Workman, age 75, of Albany, WI passed away at his home with family by his side on Tuesday, February 9, 2016. He was born on December 7, 1940 in Lansing, WV to his parents Phillip and Thelma Workman. Noel then went on to serve in the United States Army during 1956 and 1957.
