MONROE - The Monroe Times incorrectly reported Tuesday in the article "Contractor wants (very) late payment" that a 2007 contract with Fehr-Graham and Associates set a cap on the number of hours worked for field observation of a construction project in TID 8, and that the field observation was billed at $800 per hour. George Thompson, wastewater treatment plant supervisor, advised Wednesday that the 2007 contract was for time and materials, not to exceed $800 per day. There was not a cap on the number of hours of construction observation.
