Green County Misdemeanors• The court Monday entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with Jacob A. Mills, 19, Brodhead, who pleaded no contest to drug possession.The court will dismiss the charges in one year if he complies with the terms of the agreement.He faced up to six months in jail and up to $1,000 in fines as part of the agreement for the unclassified misdemeanor.The court dismissed one count of drug possession, also an unclassified misdemeanor. He originally faced up to seven months in jail and up to $1,500 in fines.Court records indicate he had marijuana in a plastic bag under the passenger seat in his vehicle May 31 in Albany township.• The court Monday scheduled an Oct. 21 district attorney conference for Jacob E. Johnson, 28, Brodhead, who pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct.Court records allege he grabbed and pushed a woman July 6 at a Brodhead residence.He is charged with disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor.
