Green County Felonies• The court Friday entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with Kyle M. Ramos, 17, Freeport, who pleaded no contest to driving a vehicle without the owner's consent.He faced up to six years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines for the class H felony. The court will dismiss the charges in two years if he complies with the terms of the agreement.The court dismissed one count of driving a vehicle without the owner's consent, also a class H felony. He originally faced up to 12 years in prison and up to $20,000 in fines.Court records indicate he took a snowmobile Dec. 30 in Monroe.• The court Friday entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with Carson A. Caizzo, 18, Edina, Minn., who pleaded guilty to forgery.He faced up to six years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines as part of the plea agreement for the class H felony.
