Green CountyFELONIES• Dustin A. Trumpy, 18, Monticello, pleaded guilty Wednesday, Oct. 17, to a felony charge of fleeing an officer and a misdemeanor charge of resisting/obstructing an officer. Multiple counts of criminal damage to property and additional counts of fleeing and resisting were read in to Trumpy's sentence of five days in jail. He was granted an 18-month deferred prosecution and fined $243.
