Green CountyFelonies• The court Thursday sentenced Jeanette A. Axelson, 25, Brodhead, to three years probation and 15 days in jail after she pleaded no contest to two counts of possession of narcotic drugs.She faced up to seven years in prison and up to $20,000 for the Class I felonies.The court dismissed two counts of obstructing an officer, both Class A misdemeanors, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors. She originally faced more than eight years in prison and up to $41,000 in fines.Court records indicate she had morphine in her possession Oct. 1 and March 16 in Brodhead.• The court scheduled a June 30 district attorney conference for Angela A. Arians, 33, Monroe, who pleaded not guilty Wednesday to burglary and theft.Court records allege she entered a residence and took personal checks Nov. 18 and Nov. 20 in Monroe.She is charged with burglary, a Class F felony, and theft, a Class A misdemeanor. She faces more than 13 years in prison and up to $35,000 in fines, if convicted.She remains free on a $5,000 signature bond.Misdemeanors• The court Wednesday entered into an 18-month deferred prosecution agreement with Tyler D. Johnson, 21, Monroe, who pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct as a repeat offender.The court will dismiss the charges in 18 months if he complies with the terms of the agreement.He faced more than two years in jail and up to $1,000 in fines for the Class B misdemeanor.Court records indicate he yelled and threatened a woman and threw a coffee cup at a wall Feb. 23 in a Monroe residence.
