GREEN COUNTY FELONIES• The court Thursday entered a plea of not guilty and scheduled a July 1 district attorney conference for Christopher E. Leopold, 36, Monroe, who stood mute to drug charges.Court records allege he had cocaine, 107 grams of marijuana, some of it in plastic bags, two marijuana plants and drug paraphernalia in his possession May 1 in Monroe. He also allegedly had 12 grams of marijuana in his pocket and a glass pipe in his possession. He was convicted of possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm by a felon in 2003.He is charged with possession of cocaine, a class E felony, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture marijuana and possession of marijuana, all class I felonies, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, both unclassified misdemeanors.
